Denomination Trentino Doc Superiore Valle di Cembra

Grapes Müller Thurgau

Area Terraced mountain vineyards in Trentino, Valle di Cembra

Soil Porphyritic and calcareous

Service temperature 10-12°C

Vinification The grapes are harvested manually and selectively in the first half of September. Fermentation at a controlled temperature and aging for a few months take place in stainless steel tanks. Further refinement in the bottle follows for a few months.

Visual exam Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.

Olfactory exam The nose is fine and intense, with hints of aromatic herbs, elderberry, tropical fruit, and citrus.

Taste exam Savory, mineral, with pleasant acidity, typical characteristics of mountain wines. Dry and persistent. With aging, the mineral aromatic components become more pronounced. The refined body envelops the palate in an elegant and balanced interplay of velvety notes and fresh acidity. The aftertaste does not disappoint and surprises with its persistence.
