The 2021 vintage was characterized by an alternating seasonal trend and with rather extreme situations, but the quality in the cellar will be very interesting. The ripening of the grapes was slow and optimal, slightly delayed compared to the previous year, but characterized by days with strong temperature variations, healthy clusters, not excessive production load and the seasonal trend, after the rains at the end of July, began on a decidedly favorable course.
