We are a small family-run winery in the Cembra Valley, where heroic viticulture is part of everyday life. We are among the most historic producers in the area, rooted here long before anyone was looking at this valley -before the trends, before Instagram. We started from scratch, driven by vision, hard work, and a real desire to make it.
We build dry stone walls and tend high-altitude terraced vineyards on steep slopes that demand passion, effort, and deep respect for nature. Each bottle is born from artisanal work and a truly unique land: the mountains of Trentino. Here, we craft niche wines - authentic and full of identity - pure expressions of our roots and of the extreme character of our vineyards.

Kilometers upon kilometers of dry stone walls supporting vineyards on slopes at the very edge of the possible: a true, admirable feat of agricultural engineering in Trentino. From the limestone slopes of Monte Corona in Giovo, reaching altitudes of over 800 meters above sea level, to the cliffs overlooking the restless Avisio stream, the countless kilometers of dry stone walls that define the terraced vineyards stand as a tangible emblem of heroic mountain viticulture in Trentino and beyond.

Our Family
Villa Corniole was born in the heart of the Cembra Valley, where the mountains shape both the character of the people and the contours of the vineyards. It is the vision of a united family — made of genuine faces, hands that work the land with devotion, and hearts that believe in authentic values: passion, hard work, and respect for nature.
Amid the steep terraced slopes of this Trentino valley, we proudly cultivate our mountain vineyards, from which we produce boutique still wines and Trentodoc sparkling wines — a pure expression of an extreme and captivating land. Each bottle tells our story, rooted in tradition, shaped by deep roots, and driven by a clear vision for the future.

Each of our labels is a journey through unique flavors and genuine stories, born from artisanal care and deep respect for our mountain land.

SOUL OF CEMBRA VALLEY, HEART FROM THE DOLOMITES
From the highest peaks of the Trentino Dolomites, in the wild and enchanting Cembra Valley, come our Trentodoc Millesimati: three mountain labels bearing the signature of the Pellegrini sisters — Sara, Linda, and Sabina. Two Blanc de Blancs, offered in Brut and Pas Dosé versions, and an Extra Brut Rosé — authentic expressions of an extreme territory, carved from porphyry rock and caressed by high-altitude winds.
These mountain sparkling wines tell the pure origin of our bubbles: heroic altitudes, sustainable viticulture, and a deep bond with the land. The Cembra Valley is the absolute peak of the Trentodoc denomination, the pinnacle of quality, where the mountain becomes wine and reveals its true vertical soul.

In the heart of the Trentino Dolomites, our terroir is a living, healthy ecosystem perfectly balanced with the natural resources of the Cembra Valley. Our commitment has always been to protect this precious mountain by minimizing environmental impact through fully sustainable practices. We have invested in photovoltaic parks to harness clean alpine solar energy and implement advanced energy-saving solutions. Our winery, nestled within the porphyry rock, is designed to optimize thermal energy recycling and use low-impact materials, deeply respecting the mountain territory. In this way, every stage of production blends seamlessly with the surrounding nature, giving life to authentic wines that express the strength and purity of the mountains.
