Grapes: Teroldego 100% (a Trentino autochthonous grape variety).
Vineyard location: the vineyards are located in the Rotaliana plateau, within the borough of Mezzolombardo where the soil is particularly suited fo this type of grape, not surprisingly considered, the Prince variety of Trentino.
Soil type: alluvial landﬁll, highly fertile topsoil, excellent drainage.
Viniﬁcation: the grapes are handpicked, then selected and viniﬁed in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation takes place with an 8-15 days maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature of 26/28 degrees. The wine ages in stainless steel and a small percentage in barriques. It ages for a further few months in the bottle
To be served at: 18-20° C.
Food Pairing: the ideal match for this wine are the typical dishes from Trentino cuisine, rich and sapid, but also goes well with lasagna, roasted and grilled meat and aged cheeses.
