Soil type: coarse-silty, loose and calcareous.
Vine training system: Trentino Pergola.
Viniﬁcation: the grapes are handpicked and selected. The fermentation takes place in barriques where it is left to age for 18-24 months, followed by 2 years aging in stainless steel and a further 2 years in the bottle.
Characteristics: intense yellow straw color. Ripe fruit, coffee and vanilla notes on the nose. Fresh and lively taste once matured. Long-lasting, fragrant and persistent.
To be served at: 18°-20° C.
Food Pairing: a full-bodied and complex wine. Great with ﬁsh and shellﬁsh, white meat and strong cheeses. It also pairs well with smoked meat and game based ﬁrst dishes. It is a great meditation wine.
