Kròz Bianco

Grapes: Chardonnay 80% Müller Thurgau 20%.
Vineyard location: the Chardonnay vineyards are located on the slopes of Monte Corona, on terraces 500 meters a.s.l. and over 800 meters for the Müller Thurgau.
Soil type: loose and calcareous.
Vine training system: simple Pergola trentina with 4500 per/ha density.
Vinification: the grapes are hand-picked at the end of September. The Müller Thurgau and half of the
Chardonnay are fermented and aged in stainless still tanks at a controlled temperature, while the rest of the Chardonnay is vinified in barriques.
Characteristics: pale straw colour. Fine and intense on the nose complex with hints of tropical and citrus fruits and spicy notes. Sapid and minerally with a pleasant acidity, typical characteristics of mountain wines. Dry and persistent.
To be served at: 10°-12°C.
Food Pairing: pairs well with first dishes, fish and white meats. This wine will develop and change thanks to its extraordinary complexity and structure.
